Masks are mandatory while attending the event for all individuals (except children under 2 years of age), including restrooms and public spaces. The mask or face covering must cover both the nose and mouth.

The name on your tickets is for buyer info only and thus there is no change of name required on tickets. Anyone who has access to the ticket can use it.

No, unfortunately due to COVID protocols the number of people admitted to the show at one time is controlled. We are therefore unable to offer readmission passes. You will be able to re-enter the same day.

There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled.

No, we only offer General Admission tickets. Children 12 and under, accommodated by an adult may enter for free.
